In 1 Corinthians 12:30, Paul asked in reference to these gifts, “Do all speak in tongues?” The obvious answer is no, not all speak in tongues. There are some who say, “There’s your answer right there. Tongues is not always a part of an experience with the baptism in the Spirit.” But in this case, Paul is describing a gathering of believers when someone stands and gives an utterance and someone else interprets it.
